Grasse,
on the French Riviera, is the flower capital of France where
the flowers for the perfume industry are grown. It is also
the birthplace of the Confisierie de Provence. A love story
between a grocer and a confectioner, who graduated from
the famous Lenotre School of Pastries. Together they developed
a whole range of syrups, confits, and cristallisees made
from fresh flowers. Success was immediate for Pierre and
Anne-Marie Baudequin and Epicerie de Provence
was born!
Epicerie
de Provence has a strong reputation for quality and authenticity.
With only six employees, the produce small batches of their
wonderful Syrups
and Confit in
the ancient method in large copper pots. Their unique Cristallisees
are also made by hand according to tradition.
There
is nothing artificial in these products. They are 100% natural
with no coloring, flavoring or preservatives. I am proud
to be their exclusive representative here in the United
States and it is with pleasure that I present them to you. |
