A rare sea salt composed of fine, light, floating crystals which form sheets on the surface of the water of the "aillets" (salt pools). This products is hand-harvested, using the "lousse" (flat spade). Naturally white salt of exceptional quality, very rare. Not ground or washed. Sun-dried, preserving the naturally high content of magnesium and other mineral salts and trace elements.
