Basic French dressing:
1 T. Vinegar or citrus juice of your choice
Pinch of salt.
A grind of fresh pepper, black, white or red depending on the delicacy of your greens.
1 t. fine French mustard ( optional) depending on the delicacy of your greens.
3 T. Leblanc Nut Oil, your choice

Place vinegar or juice in bottom of salad bowl. Add salt and optional pepper and mustard. Whisk until salt dissolves . Now SLOWLY drizzle in oil, whisking continuously until all the oil as been added. Place prepared lettuces carefully on top and then any other ingredients you might wish to add like tomatoes, cucumbers , etc., or perhaps berries or citrus sections. Use you imagination! Now simply cover with a moist paper towel and place in frig. until ready to serve. Toss just before serving. That way the salad will remain fresh and crisp.

"Sometimes I like to place my seeded tomatoes, cucumbers which I slice and quarter, and an avocado in the bottom on the salad bowl gently tossing in the dressing to marinate them and then I place the lettuce on top. It makes for a heartier salad. Good serve with a heavier pasta or meat main course."
